| Education Solutions Development (ESD) has been meeting the information
management needs of educational institutions for almost 30 years.
Located in the suburb of Chicago since it was founded in the 1970s,
ESD is a member of the DB Soft group of technology services companies
based in Rochelle Park, New Jersey. DB Soft was founded in the early
1980s to develop market-specific software products, providing cost-effective
development of both industry-standard and customized applications
for individual clients.
ESD's business is focused 100 percent in the education arena.
We produce and support a complete suite of applications for educational
administration, including fully integrated business modules (Finance,
Payroll, Personnel, Position Control, and Warehousing) under the
APECS product name and a high-performance student records management
system under the Discovery product name.
We have approximately 90 technical and professional employees
involved in product development and customer support, providing
the resources needed to conduct implementation projects at larger
institutions. Our staff consists of professionals with multiple
years of experience in educational administration and information
management. In addition, we have a technical services division
skilled in virtually all areas of advanced application development,
data communications, and system integration. We don't have to
look to external organizations for assistance when we undertake
